The property has 3 bedrooms, 3 kings with ensuite bathrooms. All mattresses use the latest in sleep technology with extremely soft bedding sets so you can get a better night’s sleep than you do at home.
There is also a baby crib available, which can be set up upon request – though please note this property is surrounded by 40-50ft cliffs so children cannot be left unattended.
-Kitchen-
The kitchen is fully outfitted for all of your cooking needs – with a Nespresso coffee maker (pods included), cooking basics (oil, spice rack), top-grade cookware, appliances like a toaster and a blender, and dishwasher. The dining table can fit up to 6.
-Workstations-
The property has super fast fiber internet – the fastest in Mendocino County (typically 500+ mbps) and three amazing state-of-the-art workstations, each complete with a 38” monitor, 4K camera, high-quality microphone and ergonomic desk chair. There is also an outdoor desk that overlooks the ocean – so you can take your laptop out and work with a sea breeze!
-Fitness Center-
The private fitness center is fully available for use with a Peloton, treadmill, Hydrow, weight rack and Bowflex machine. The outdoor area is also a beautiful spot for some sunset yoga.
-Living Space-
The living room has Sonos speakers and a smart TV with a projector so you can stream your favorite shows or movies. There’s also a fireplace if you want to get cozy!
-Outdoors-
The outdoor area is truly special. The patio area has seating, a fire pit, hot tub, and barrel sauna. Private wood chip-lined trails take you to various hidden spots – from a set of daybeds (best place for watching the incredible sunset!), to an outdoor desk by the ocean, to a shady area with picnic areas, a hammock and a game of giant chess.
-Bathrooms-
The home has three full ensuite bathrooms. We provide luxury bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion), premium towels and robes, and even a Dyson hair dryer so you don’t have to pack your own!
-24/7 Concierge-
We are available for our guests 24/7 via our Concierge leading up to and throughout your stay to answer your questions, provide recommendations, arrange grocery deliveries or mid-stay cleans and more.
This home is situated on a 5 acre lot surrounded by 40-50 foot cliffs. To get there, we recommend flying into San Francisco (SFO) and taking the scenic drive up CA-1 (the Pacific Coast Highway) - about 2-2.5 hours. We can help make transportation arrangements to and from SFO for an additional fee. To get around the home, a car is best. There is space for 1 car in the garage and an additional 4 cars in the driveway (it is a shared driveway, so please do not block others). Our Concierge can also recommend local taxi providers if you’d prefer.
We want you to feel at home and have a restful, stress-free stay. There is no to-do list when you check-out. Just take your things and go!
The home is on two-levels but there is one bedroom located on the ground floor. The home does not have AC as it is designed to welcome the breeze of the naturally cool Pacific. Verizon and AT&T both work in the area, but you may experience cell service disruption with other carriers.
We welcome your children but you are solely responsible for their safety and they cannot be left unattended as the home is surrounded by steep 40-50 ft cliffs. If you have a special request for your child (crib, high-chair, car seat, kid-friendly flatware) let us know.
The home is surrounded by amazing wildlife, including a family of foxes that live by the cliffs. They are nocturnal but please use caution. We try to keep the area clean but they may leave waste.
There is state-of-the-art technology throughout the home, which you will need to control. If you do not enjoy using technology, it may not be the right experience. We are constantly making improvements to the tech, but you do not have to stress about getting locked out or being unable to turn on the lights should it malfunction, as there is an easy, manual work around for all.
No smoking or vaping inside. Open flames including candles are also prohibited. Exceptions are birthday candles or fire in a designated fire pit or fireplace.
